The French Pastry School of Kennedy-King College at City Colleges of Chicago is the only world-class culinary program focused exclusively on baking and pastry arts that is 100% taught in state-of-the-art kitchen environments. Founders Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer and Chef SÃ©bastien Canonne, M.O.F., have brought together a faculty of award-winning and internationally-recognized experts, World Pastry Champions, Certified Master Sugar Artists, and Master Bakers to provide aspiring and experienced sweets and dessert professionals with the knowledge and expertise to excel in the industry.
